Produce Process
Normally the PE film need first blowing original film in this step, and the color of film also finished in this process, we can add your demanded color masterbatch to produce you required color, if you don't need adhesive film after blowing it will be taken to cut machine and pack.
If you need adhesive film it should go to second produce line, glue coating machine, our technician will make suitable glue formula according the adhesive strength you demand.
If you still need printing your drawing, it will go on to printing line, the drawing is belonged to customize information, we will confirm with you carefully to make sure its no mistake before making mold for you.
PE film thickness, width, adhesive strength all can be customized for each customer demand. OEM ODM also provide by us.

Packaging & Shipping

We clean the container ground to make it no clean, and we normally use belt and air bag to fasten the gap from pallet to free space, so the film will be safely ship to customer hand, all the details we do is to make sure our customer won't have any risk of packing and shipping.As shipping is also a important part of good quality.
